The Rice/Noodle Bowl has a unique shape with a resting place for chopsticks, a saucer and/or lid is included to help keep your rice or noodles warmer for longer.  The lid/saucer can also be used for a side serving plate.  This set also works great for serving japanese cuisene.  Use the bowl for serving miso soup and the saucer for sushi.
