Egg Head. Let’s face it – this egg separator is a fun way to divide egg whites from yolks. After inserting an egg, the yolk stays inside the head, and the whites come out of the mouth opening. Whether you’re whipping up a meringue with the whites or making custard with the yolks, this egg separator provides a quick and easy separation solution.
As unique as it is functional, the separator is compact at approximately 3.5″ diameter x 4″ tall. Dishwasher-safe glazes make for easy cleanup, meaning you’ll be smiling just as much as this piece is. A handy addition to any kitchen.
Each egg separator is individually made locally in our studio in Waukesha, Wisconsin. It is made of stoneware clay, thrown on the potter’s wheel and fired in a kiln to temperatures up to 2200 degrees. Because of the uniqueness of each piece, the size, shape and color may be slightly different than the picture shown.
